Our USP

Why this workshop is different

This workshop does not start with the legal text, but with the real challenges in day-to-day business. It provides an in-depth, practice-oriented understanding of how AI regulation works - not as a compulsory exercise, but as an opportunity for responsible organization. Participants learn how to identify risks, develop AI guidelines and implement compliance measures pragmatically - using methods that have proven themselves in everyday life.

What makes it special is the approach: instead of dry theory, we offer intuitive approaches, real use cases, discussions at eye level and a methodical approach that sticks. The workshop brings together regulation, ethics and strategy in such a way that you not only know what to do - but also why it makes sense. And all this without any prior legal knowledge, but with the ambition to actively shape change.

You've come to the right place if you:

  • want to understand how AI works - not in detailed code, but in a strategic, understandable and practical way

  • want to support, evaluate or set up AI projects in the company yourself

  • want to know how to use GenAI sensibly in a corporate context - beyond gimmicks

  • want to learn what tools are available - and what really matters when choosing

  • want to work with real experts and thought leaders inside and thought leaders who have implemented AI projects themselves

  • don't want hot air, but are looking for clear, well-founded content with practical added value

  • enjoy trying things out, discussing use cases and working with other perspectives

It won't be for you if you:

  • are looking for a list of the β€œ5 best ChatGPT prompts” - that's what TikTok is for

  • expect pure technical depth or machine learning models in Python

  • just want to pick up a few AI buzzwords without really engaging with strategy, implementation or responsibility

  • think slides with copy-paste content from the internet are okay - with us, content is curated, well thought-out and self-developed

  • prefer to consume rather than interact - we work collaboratively in the course, with discussions, exercises and real questions

Quality that you can feel - and understand

Our
satisfaction guarantee

We are a small, specialized team of AI experts, strategists and didactics professionals who have been dealing with the practical and ethical challenges of AI for years - in business as well as in science.

Our content is not created in an ivory tower, nor is it based purely on experience - but at the intersection of practice and research. We know what works because we work with organizations and managers - and because we inspire over 1,000 students at the Technical University of Munich with our lectures every semester.

There is a reason why we succeed: we are not only good at AI - we are also good at education.

Our workshops are not frontal bombardment with PowerPoint and paragraphs, but experience-oriented learning spaces with real β€œaha” moments. And because we deliberately focus on small groups (max. 22 people), we guarantee personal support, an exchange at eye level and the opportunity to really address individual questions.

Precisely because we work without large overheads and develop everything ourselves, we can offer very competitive prices β€” compare us with other offers on the market on a daily basis.

You will see: In many cases, we are below average - while at the same time offering higher didactic and content quality.

We want you to make an informed decision and choose the course that really suits you - whether it is ours or not (although we would of course be delighted to welcome you).

And because we are confident in the content, the format and our value for money, we offer you our satisfaction guarantee:

If you're not satisfied after the workshop and feel you didn't get what you expected - we'll refund up to 50% of the price.

That's what we demand of ourselves. And our promise to you.
